In Outlook Express I could copy a draft message to any folder. How do I
copy an unsent message in my drafts folder in Outlook 2007 into the same or any other folder for that matter? |

In OE there was a "Copy to Folder" option available on the context menu from
the right mouse button. In Outlook I only see the "Move to Folder" option. Why no "Copy to Folder" option? "F. H. Muffman" wrote in message ... "BBran" wrote in message ... If I knew that, I'd probably be posting from @microsoft.com and not @gmail.com, but, if I had to guess, usability studies found that people wanted the ability to easily move items from one folder to another over the ability to copy and, at some point, you need to consider the size of the right click menu options from that same usability standpoint. Heck, I already think it's a little too long since I missed 'move to folder' on the right click. I guess there's a third option I didn't mention. Add the toolbar button for Copy to Folder to the toolbar and use that. -- f.h. |
