outlook2007 contact not displayed when writing email

Default outlook2007 contact not displayed when writing email

When I click 'new' to start write a new email, the contacts contains nothing
when I click on the 'To' botton. I can still see the folders of my contact
but there are nothing to select from.

but when i check back to the contact, all the contacts are there...

anyone has an answer?

Rightclick the contact folder -- Properties

Verify that under the tab 'Outlook-Adressbook' the option 'Show as
address book' is enabled.
