I had this problem with a user once. It turned out he had an Outlook
shortcut on his desktop and an Outlook button in the Quick Launch bar. Most of the time he would use the shortcut to open Outlook but would occasionally use the Quick Launch button...like the shortcut, he was double-clicking the button. His double-click was slow enough to launch two instances of Outlook. Tim "JG" wrote in message ... Hi, Running Outlook 2007. Every time I click on the Outlook icon, a new instance of Outlook is spawned. How do you disable this 'feature'? I do not want to run more than one copy at a time. thanks! |
