Here's a ponderer that I wonder if anyone knows the answer to.

I'm running an MS Exchange 2000 email system with the Outlook 2000
client. In short, I have been asked by someone if it is possible to
search for a certain word or phrase 'across the board' in emails. By
that, I mean search every parameter available, within the same search,
for that one word or phrase. This would include all fields within the
email *including* searching for the word/phrase in any email
attachments, like MS Word/Excel.

So for instance, someone with a huge email account has received an
email, filed it away but has forgetten where they put it. They know
that the email contained a word document and they can remember that in
that Word document, the word 'sunshine' was used. Can the Outlook
'Advanced Find' function be set so that it finds this email searching
for the word 'sunshine'? (please excuse the example!
