Default ActiveX Error

Whenever I go to compose an e-mail in Outlook 2003, I get the
following popup:

"Your current settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page.
As a result, the page may not display correctly."

Anyone know a fix for this error message?

Thanks

-Jeff
