I just switched from Outlook Express to Outlook. I would like to find out how to print just one page instead of the entire message. Express had the option to select which &/or how many pages to print. If Outlook has that option I have been unable to find it. That's only possible with HTML formatted emails. If the mail is plain text you must convert it to HTML: Edit | Edit Message and then Format | Plain Text Then mark the part of the email you want to print and go to File | Print and enable the option "Mark" (or similar; I have no english Outlook) -- Best Regards Christian Goeller http://www.outlookfaq.net |
