Default Address Book Question Please

Bob, you wrote on Tue, 24 Jul 2007 07:29:10 -0400:

When I bring up my address book all people with fax numbers in my contact
list are listed even if they have no email address. If they have both an
email & fax number they are listed twice, once for each. How do I
straighten this out, there are not too many fax machines that I want to send
an email to.

Either you type the fax number in an other field or you prefix a word,
e. g. FAX:

fax:01234-45678

A tool that hides the fax numbers is
