Default Identifying ANSI or Unicode PST File - Programmatically

Hi,

I need to identify greater than 1.5 GB PST files in Bulk whether they
are ANSI or Unicode File Format. Is there any programmatic way of
achieving the same?

Using WMI or MAPI may be possible but I am not sure. If some one can
help it would be great.

Thanks,

Gai
