Outlook 2003, XPPro, Exchange 2003. ( All SPs )

Have 2 users - ostensibly identical configurations.
QuickBooks automatically e'Mails Invoices.

1 user get's no security warning the other does....
"A program is automatically trying to send e-mail messages on your behalf"

I can't see the difference in config, but I'd like to authorise QB to send
and get rid of the message.

Hints and pointers appreciated.

Both are front ends to the same QB Database so yes, same versions
QB Pro (Australian ) 2007/8

No idea if it was developed with Redemption, Damnation, Perdition or screen
scrapings from Google Search.
