For some reason all my calendar entries in Outlook seem to either duplicated
or are showing twice. Is there an easy way I can run a clean-up?

If a set of duplicates was created by a single action (like, for instance,
syncing with a PDA) then the LastModificationTime values for the duplicates
should all be nearly the same value. So one easy cleanup would be to create
a table type view for the folder, add the field labeled "Modified" to the
view, and sort on Modified. That sort should make it so that half the list
is the set of duplicates, and it should also be fairly apparent where the
set starts. Then, click the first of the duplicate items to select it,
scroll to the last, hold the shift key and click the last (thereby selecting
all of the duplicates) and delete them or move them to another folder.
