I am running Windows Vista Home Premium and Outlook 2007.
1. Outlook 2007 frequently displays a message that the pst file was not closed properly and is now being checked. I have previously created a new pst file and imported my OL data into it. The problem persists. I also uninstalled and reinstalled all Office 2007 applications and that has not helped. Both of teh latter things wert done under the suprevision of a Windows Indian tech support person who apparenlty did not know what he was doing and did not know how to fix this problem. 2. When OL2007 is running and new e-mails are received the left pane shows that a given number of new message has been received, but the titles, sender, date, etc. of the messages do not show up in the middle pane. To get them to show, I have to change to some other view (such as sent e-mails) and then change back to "new." Help!? This is frustating. |
