Default How to switch between different e-mail accounts in Outlook 2007?

Hi!

How do you switch between the different e-mail accoounts in Outlook 2007?
It was so easy with my old Outlook Express. Having created the different
e-mail accounts I can see anywhere to switch between the difffernt e-mail
addresses.

Thanks all

You either set up your multiple email accounts in the same OL profile, or
with the Mail Applet set up another Profile with new data file and the
required email account.
NB you cannot switch between Profiles without shutting OL down, unlike OE
where you can switch Identities

If you just use the one profile with 3 accounts then sending from an account
different from your default account is as simple as selecting that account
from the Account menu in the open email.

Also, different accounts can be set to deliver to different folders.
There is usually no need to separate different accounts by using multiple
profiles unless it is for privacy reasons. If they are all your accounts use
them all in the one profile.

Default How to switch between different e-mail accounts in Outlook 200

Thanks Bill R,

I have 3 different e-mail addresses, I have already created two in Outlook,
when do I go to switch from default to the second e-mail account. With my
old Outlook Express I had only to go to File/switch e-mail account & I could
read all e-mail in that account. With this new Outlook I don't see an option
to toggle between e-mails accounts.

Regards,

Edgar

You don't need to "toggle" between accounts in Outlook. If you need to
separate out the accounts, just go to Tools-Account settings, highlight the
account, click on "Change" and on the General tab click "Change Folder" at
the bottom...
