Disable In-Line Images in HTML E-mails

As yet, the OP hasn't identified if the images are linked (URL) or if they are attached (disposition=attach) or inline (disposition=inline). In OL2003, the option blocks linked images. Is there an option now in OL2007 that also disables viewing of inline images until the user selects to see it?
