I've set up a bunch of custom categories and deleted a bunch of the
ones that were provided with Outlook 2002. Now I'd like to have them locked down so that only I, as administrator, can change them. I'd also like the category to auto-fill when I start typing its name; or in the alternative, to have the category checklist popup for me to select one. How could I accomplish this?
