I have a user running Outlook 2003 SP2 on Windows XP SP2. All other
users running this configuration have a checkbox for "Outlook over the Internet" on their Connections tab...this user does not. In all of the reading I have done it mentions that you must have Outlook 2003 and XP SP1 for this option to be enabled. Someone else configured his laptop for him so I am not sure if some sort of group policy is being applied to block access to this. Any ideas on where I can look?? |
