When i add a personal signature outlook will not send. I rmove the

Send a test msg, including sig. to yourself. It is received?

Perhaps the receipient has filters?
Not all recepients, servers, except read receipts

If you receive a read receipt, then the message must have made it to the
recipient. Read receipts are generated by the mail client on the receiving
end.

That said, if your recipient has a mail filter, it could be marking the
message as read and then not presenting it to the recipient. Nonetheless,
they did receive it.

Try changing your message format, making sure it is HTML.
