WinXP Pro shutdown message "End program - WMS idle"
I too have the problem and I have tried Microsofts solution but it did not
work. I also tried some renegade solutions which also did not work. Help!

OK I finally used a registry cleaner program to delete NMBgMonitor and that seems to have worked
