Default Define E-Mail Format in Outlook 2007

Hi there in older Versions you could define the send-Format for each
of your contacts:

You can force Outlook to always send to a certaincontactin RichText

address, and select RichTextin the dropdown box for sending format.

I am looking for this feature in Outlook 2007, is is still available?

Cheers, euf
