Outlook 2003 will not connect to Exchange 2003 via terminal server session.
Background: SBS 2003 environment, one Win2k3 server running Term Srvs in application mode. Unable to open Outlook 2003 client while in term srv session. Receive the following message and then outlook closes. "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. The set of folders could not be opened. The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete the action." Turned on logging in Outlook. Below are the 3 corresponding app log events Source: Outlook Event: 26 Connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server has been restored. Source: Outlook Event: 19 Rpc call (EcRegisterPushNotification) to server (servername) failed with error code (6f7) after waiting (0) ms; eeInfo (none). Source: Outlook Event: 17 User canceled request against server (servername) after waiting (0) ms. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Note: Can succesfully open Outlook 2003 from 3 other desktop pcs.

Note: Can succesfully open Outlook 2003 from 3 other desktop pcs. Are you using roaming profiles? If so, you need to specify a different TS profile path for TS for the users in ADUC. I suggest you post this in microsoft.public.woindows.terminal_services, too.....

Thanks for the reply.
I am not using roaming profiles, but I do have "my documents" redirection turn on via SBS. Not sure if that would apply. I will post this question on the win term group as well. Thanks
