I downloaded pfa.exe from Microsoft about a year ago and it works fine for
me, but I have Outlook 2003. A friend has 2007. Will it work for them as
well.

They should probably get the most recent from Microsoft.

Went to the website and all I saw was the one for 2003. Did I miss
something?

If you are using a PST file this is the tool you should probably use:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...F3A-B7D0-4B16-
B8AF-5A6322F4FD01&displaylang=en

sorry for the wrapped URL.

No. That application should work with OL 2007, but even if it doesn't, all
that app does is copy the PST when Outlook closes to a folder of your choice
on a scheduled basis. You can do the same thing in multiple ways, including
manually whenever you wish.
