Outlook mail message crashes when using MS Word as editor
Startng by doing Detect and Repair on both Word and Outlook. This option is located under the Help menu.
Or, even better go to the control panel under Setting - Add/Remove Programs - Select Microsoft Office - select Change. Select Repair. Also make sure all of you Office and Windows updates are installed. Kind Regards, -- Francine Otterson Microsoft Outlook MVP President, San Diego Outlook User Group
