I'm hoping this is a quick fix.
When I first got MS Office Student Teacher 2003, whenever I opened Outlook, it would show me my inbox and simultaneously would pop up a new window showing my Junk Mail Box as new items were being dumped into it. Then, mysteriously, that stopped. Then, awhile later, people were telling me that they had sent emails to me and I didn't know why I wasn't receiving them (didn't even think to look in the Junk Email Box). I finally found these important emails in the Junk Email Box some weeks later and just decided to turn off Junk Email Filtering. Now I'm getting barraged with Junk Email and I want to turn it back on again,....but what I really want is for the Junk Email Box to popup each time something is dumped into it. But I can't figure out how to do that though. Any help would be greatly appreciated! R Kennedy |

It was a complete new instance of Outlook.
