Default CREATING NEW FORM

Hello..

I am trying to add new field to OL 2007 Contact form... When I do it changes
the total appearance with no background..

I want to have the field added to the default contact form in 2007OL..

When I go to Add new .. it brings up a grey page with my added field but the
whole style is different from the original form..
I hope you get the drift of this...

Mahalo
