How do I make a calendar appointment when I have a contact open? I see how
to email a meeting but I don't want to do this just to make the appoinment. As far as I can see the only way do do this is to open the calendar and enter from there. regards, Beemer |

Probably the easiest way is to drag and drop the closed Contact to the
Calendar icon. Use right-click drag and drop. -- Bill R "Beemer" wrote in message . uk... How do I make a calendar appointment when I have a contact open? Bill,
This does not work for me as it is still trying to send an email to the contact. I just want to be able to enter this contact as a meeting in the calendar regards, Beemer "BillR" wrote in message ... Because you are using left-click drag and drop which defaults to a new
Meeting. use right-click drag and drop and choose an Appointment option. -- Bill R "Beemer" wrote in message ... Bill, This does not work for me as it is still trying to send an email to the contact.
