Default Drop down menus

I've tried the send/receive button and it says send & receive were
completed. I tried sending myself a message from Windows mail and Outlook
received it fine (which indicates there is no problem with my server - Cox
Cable). I'm not sure what you mean by profile but this is a POP3 home email
account.

which folder? what acct type? it should only be an option on deleted items
and junk email folders.

Up until today when I right clicked on a folder in the folder list in
outlook
2007 I got a drop down menu. One of the options in the drop down menu was
to
empty the folder. Today I still get the drop down menu but it looks
different
and the "Empty Contents" option has disappeared. How could this change
occur
and how can I get the "empty folder contents" option back
