Drop down menus
I've tried the send/receive button and it says send & receive were
completed. I tried sending myself a message from Windows mail and Outlook received it fine (which indicates there is no problem with my server - Cox Cable). I'm not sure what you mean by profile but this is a POP3 home email account.
