Hi
Office enterprise 2007 on windows XP. I'm getting the same error in Word (can't open work file) and Outlook 2007. I followed all your advices but the error still occurs. Many thanks in advance. I don't know how to tell if the value of my temp environment variable is pointing somewhere valid. It says, %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp Is that valid??? It won't let me save anything until it is fixed If you open Windows Explorer and enter %temp% in the Address bar and click Go, do you see a valid folder? Does it contain anything? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
