Folders, one for each of the eMail accounts?

You create folders and name them appropriately, then use rules to deal with
msgs received / sent

If you have Outlook 2007 (always post your version - you omitted to tell us
this fairly vital piece of information!) you can designate a separate folder
for each email account in the Account setup dialog....

Then manually create your separate folders and use Rules to move messages
into the relevant folder...
