Hello
Last few days we're getting a lot of regular e-mails moved to Junk-mail folder in Outlook 2003. Can't find any way why this is so, because these are just ordinary mail, without any garbage or other stuff. Junk mail settings are set to low-security, also all Outlook spam updates are installed. Any ideas what could cause this? We're using linux mail server, not MS Exchange. It's strange because after a week or two everything was working fine and there were no changes made to computers, besides critical updates. Are there any problems in general with junk mail filter in Outlook 2003? Regards, Miha |

Well I'm having the same exact problem for the past two days, but I am using
Outlook 2007. I called MS support and they are totally stumped. My diagnostics come out fine and I have all the updates. This is totally messed up. I have only been using this brand new program for two weeks. Any techs out there who may be of help, it would be truly appreciated. Basically to review, I have either had JunK email on low option or no auto filtering at all. But messages that came through fine in the Inbox for two weeks since I've had the program, are now going directly to the Junk e-mail including those previously tagged as safe senders. Thanks.
