1) Previously, I could [Insert \ Hyperlink] and browse our company's
shared drive to insert a link to a file within the body of the email. Now, when I [Insert \ Hyperlink] I get a different small hyperlink dialog box that has no "browse" option. Where did it go and/or how can I reset this? 2) Previously, I would [shift/edit/copy/as printed] on a selection within an Excel document which creates a picture and places it on the clipboard, and then I would go to Outlook and paste the image into the body of the email. This was very useful even though the image quality wasn't so good. Now, when I go back to Outlook after creating the image, Paste is not an option even though I clearly have a Copy of the image on the clipboard. (I can still Paste the image into a Word document so I know it is there.) Again, what changed and how can I change it back? I think these two problems are related. I certainly appreciate any guidance |

I think I have it fixed. On the Options/Mail Format/Message Format,
the box to check "Use Microsoft Office Work 2003 to edit..." had been changed (who knows how) to "Use Microsoft Office Work 2003 to read..." I changed it back and it seemed to work. I'm using 2003 SP2. I have always used Word as the editor and tried both html and rich text. Thanks On Oct 24, 11:06 am, "Diane Poremsky" wrote: What is the version # in help, about? These changes may be security related and installed by the most recent service pack. Or, you are using the other editor or a different message format than before. |
