Greetings,
I needed to move my outlook (2003) from my old computer to a new one. I exported both the mail and contact folders to the new machine and all seems well EXCEPT: When I create a new email and click the To button only some of my contacts appear in the list. Yet when I go to Contacts I see all of my contacts. For instance I have a contact for Joe Smith but when I click the To button in a new email Joe Smith does not appear. Also If I just type in the name Joe Smith Outlook does not fill in the address. Sorry if this is a basic questions but I can not figure out how to fix this. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I don't even know how to ask this question on a google search. Thank you, Ted Potter |
