Default Send and File

Our company is switching from Lotus to Outlook 2003 for our corporate Email
and a question has been raised. In Lotus there is a "Send and File" so you
can place your sent message to a personal folder at send time.....Is there a
way to do this short of copying it over from the Sent folder on a note by
note basis?

Thanks, Bob
