I ran Add Remove Programs in XP with Office XP installed to try and
put a fresh install of Outlook in. When I re-ran the install I got all my preferences back and had the same problem. How do I completely remove Outlook? thanks |

Delete your profile, too. Easier still, just create a new one.

Your Outlook profile, of course. If Windows Profiles were in play, you never
