Can't Copy My Notes

I can't replicate your problem. I can copy all Notes fine from one PST to another and within Notes Folders in the same PST. The Right-click drag and drop option only gives Copy, Move and Cancel as the option. Very strange. I get only "Copy Here as Note With Text" and "Cancel". Can you copy bulk Notes to another Notes folder ok? No, I created another notes folder in the same file (Notes1), and I can't copy to it, either. Check the folder properties of your Notes folder you want to copy *from* make sure that, in the General tab, it says "when posting to this folder use IPM.StickyNote" (you usually can't change it anyway).. It does.... Are you using Outlook 2003, as well? -- Keith
