Default How to Make the "Look For:" Box Appear in Outlook 2003 All the Time?

Hello:

My Look For box doesn't stay open all the time. Whenever I close
Outlook and log back it I have to do the Cntrl+E to get it to appear.
How do I set it to stay open all the time? I'm using Outlook 2003 on
WinXP Pro.

Thanks in advance!
