iPAQ 6915
What do you think you need OUTLOOK Express for? As the others have said this is not what you want for the IPAQ. It comes with Pocket OUTLOOK which syncs with Microsoft OUTLOOK on the PC. Microsoft OUTLOOK on the PC is part of Microsoft OFFICE and is not the same product as OUTLOOK EXPRESS which comes as part of the OS.
If you hard reset the IPAQ it will reset back to 'as new'. You will need to do a clean reset. here are the instructions http://www.nicky48.com/6900Reset.htm -- Laura Rooke Microsoft MVP Mobile Devices
