Default Outlook 2007 Calendar

Not sure if I should post this here, if not hopefully someone will point me in the right direction.

In outlook calendar is there a way to create a task in the calendar and send it to someone without them having to click accept. Yet still having it pop up on their computer as a reminder? Hope that makes sense.

If they have outlook configured to autoaccept it will work.
