So a lot of people say the BCC field never prints, but they are

(Tools/forms/design this form) Add the BCC field (under Address
fields) and right click on BCC (Properties/validation) to enable
printing. Publish the form, and now when you open the message you can
print the BCC list. However, I can not figure out how to save this
form so that it will apply to all of my sent items. Is this possible?

And if your PRINTED copy got into the hands of someone whom you didn't want
to tell who else was on the email?
that's the point of BCC - only YOU can see the recipients in YOUR sent Items
folder.....

That's usually not an issue - more people need to file printed copies and
need to include who it was sent to. Others hope to do this on incoming
mail - which of course doesn't work.

who can't see that electronic filing (as in a pst file) is FAR superior to
paper-based archive - when was the last time you carried a filing cabinet in
your pocket or briefcase? Does a filing cabinet allow you to search by a
phrase or word that is IN the document? I had a Financial Controller I
worked for who RELIGIOUSLY printed out EVERY email he ever received and put
it into a file - what a waste of time, paper and computer resources!

Except that it's much more rare for a static charge to damage a paper trail.
Often, there are governmental or contractual requirements as well that
demand a paper trail. I don't think electronic storage of histories has
matured yet.

I can understand Jason's need for such a feature. We have departments
that would send out e-mails to clients, but do not wish them to see who
else is getting this e-mail, however when it comes to monthly, or
project reporting time, and a file needs to be generated then it is
critical to be able to see all the recipients that got that specific
e-mail. So that's one reason why Microsoft should allow the BCC fields
to be printed from the sending account.

Jason, not sure if this is what you're asking for but I used it for
another form edit, so let me know (via e-mail if you like) but here is a
similar situation where editting and publishing a form is required
