-- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. After furious head scratching, Riddim asked: | I just uploaded Microsoft Office Standard 2007 (Military Appreciation | Edition). | | When I try to open Outlook, a few weird things happened: | | - I was asked for a password to open pst 2 (I had not assigned one) | | - I got this too: cannot open your default e-mail folders. The server | is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition | persists. | | I'm not on a network, so I'm not sure why this is happening. | | I'm running Windows XP, with 70G free and 512 RAM. | | I'm sending this by Outlook Express. | | Any ideas of how to render Outlook 2007 functional? Please advise. | | Thanks, | | R |
