Default how can I print an invoice from outlook ?

Is there any way I can set up my 'orders' in outlook so that they can print
out as an Invoice or packing slip? I run a small business and don't have an
accounting programme at the moment. I have to manually type all the invoices
from the orders I receive. I know there must be an easier way - any help
gratefully received !
Or anyone recommend a small business programme which I could use?
Thanks
