Much like Adobe PDF when you want to crop images, I want to hit the PRNTSCRN
(Print Screen) button to copy an image... and the - when pasteing it into the Outlook calendar, I would like to crop the whole image down to what's important to me only. |

you could:
paste into 'Paint' first (or any other picture editing program) Start Programs Accessories Paint choose Edit Paste then using the Selection tool, select the required part, copy paste save send that and disregard the whole screenshot ![]() "Tenacity" wrote in message ... You can't paste images into Outlook's calendar - you can, however, paste an image into the notes section of a Calendar appointment item.
