Did you create a new mail profile when you reinstalled the earlier version?

Default Outlook Crashes

Hi Brian,

I'm trying to access an exchange 2003 e-mail server.

Tried to run this but I get an error saying "The specified device, file, or
path could not be accessed...", but when I try again it tells me that the
e-mail account already exists and cannot be added twice. I'm not using Cached
Exchange Mode, and there have never been problems like this with any of the
machines before.

I'm going to test with a different user on the same machine and let you know
the results.

I didn't say to add another account. I said to create a new mail profile.
