I have several folders in my folder list. When I click on one of the
folders it says "Unable to display the folder". I want to delete the folder. How can I do that? The help file says: Delete a folder 1.. In the Folder List, click the folder you want to delete. 2.. On the File menu, point to Folder, and then click Delete Folder name. However, when I click on the folder and then the file menu, there is no Delete. What am I doing wrong? Huck |

That is the context menu for a data file, not a folder. If you have more
than one data file and cannot close the extras, you have a corrupt profile from migrating data incorrectly and must create a new one. If you want to avoid making the same mistake, you will have to tell us how you did this in the first place. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Huck Rorick" wrote in message ... I have a data file that is on another computer on our network. I have
accessed it in the past. I forget how I did it. I guess I messed something up. What would be the correct way to open another data file on the network? There isn't one. Accessing a PST file over a network is not supported and
may be the cause of your problem. http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;297019 -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Huckleberry" wrote in message ...
