I wish to set up a client side rule that will automatically forward an
email that I have sent to a contact to my other email address. I don't want to auto bcc as I want all the header info of who I sent the email to. I have tried several Auto Bcc tools but they aren't what I am looking for. I also don't want this for all outgoing email just email that I have specified the To: address. I can't CC: as I don't want the original recipient to see this. Is there a tool that will auto forward an email I have sent straight from my Sent Items? Running Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook 2003 using a MS Exchange Server. Any help appreciated. |

![]() You can use an add-in for Outlook called Bells & Whistles. With this 3-rd party add-in can select to always send a BCC email to a specified address, for each message that is going to be sent. The recipient of the email won't see the address you chose to Auto BCC. This software can increase a lot the productivity of working with emails. You can find it he http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/productivity.html |
