Default Embedd Pictures in Emails

Hello,

until Outlook 2003 the the Internet Format dialog it was possible by
setting "When an HTML message conatains pictures located on the
internet, send a copy of the pic instead the reference to their
location". Where can I set this in Outlook 2007?
