Mozilla Firefox is the default browser, where do I find the open
definition settings?

WIndows XP or Vista? For the former, open Windows Explorer and click
ToolsFolder Options. Choose the File Types tab. Locate and select the
URL definition, click Advanced, select "open", click Edit. What do you
see in the "Application used..." field?
