Default Transferring mail

Just got Outlook 2007...have been using Windows Live Mail. Is there a
(relatively) easy way to transfer my files from Live Mail to Outlook?

Outlook can import from Outlook Express (the same as Live mail)

Outlook can import from Outlook Express (the same as Live mail)

But don't do it that way! Export FROM Windows mail to outlook. (If you
import in Outlook, all the Modified dates are changed to the date of
import - doing it the other way keeps the modified date as is).

In Windows Live mail do File-Export....(if WLM has that function...)
