Default Much better tool to schedule meetings across companies, with Outlook

Look at http://www.timebridge.com/lp/outlook.html

This is an Outlook plugin that works with a free web service and
allows you:
* to schedule meetings with people much faster than email or outlook
forms
* share your availability with other as if you have Exchange server
* share your availability with people working for other companies

TimeBridge got Editors' Choice from PC Magazine, and for good reason!

It is free and easy to use.

Please, no one minds annoucements of new products or add-ins for Outlook, but in the future, use the cross-post feature. Seeing this posted individually to every Office group is a bit much.

Consider yourself pardoned. But in the future, please cross-post.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Milly, did you stop to think his/her ISP might not allow cross-posting in an
effort to curb spam? I know for a fact that Charter only allows 3. Might
want to take that into consideration before you "pardon" someone.

If the person uses the Microsoft server directly, there's no such limit.
