You have given no information to use for troubleshooting.
First things first, do you have your Outlook Address Book service correctly configured? why did you think you needed to import native Outlook data? File-Open-Outlook Data File is always the correct way to access copied Outlook .pst files (where all of your Outlook data resides). -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
