I have a customer using Outlook (2000 I believe) using Word as the editor in
HTML format, he can't change the font color, you highlight text and select a new color and nothing happens, same thing when replying to an email, same thing when using Outlook as the mail editor, same thing when starting Outlook in safe mode, did some Googling but didn't find anything useful. I did look there, seems to be a way to set up the default font, saw noting
that would allow the highlight of some text in the message and change the color using the toolbar. -- ---- Crosspost, do not multipost http://www.blakjak.demon.co.uk/mul_crss.htm How to ask a question http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375 __________________________________________________ _______________________________ "alihinai" wrote in message ... Hi, I have the same/similar problem w/ font colors in Outlook 2007 I can
highlight and bold, yes, and yes, it's in HTML. I cannot select words and change color onscreen as i write an email, nor in the Sent mail. The keyword here is "onscreen." Interestingly, if i read the same email on another computer, all the colors show up correctly.
