however, i do not see there is a "Shortcuts" label At the bottom of the Navigation Pane there are buttons called "Mail", "Calendar", "Contacts", "Tasks", "Notes", "Folder List", "Shortcuts", and "Journal". Click the one named "Shortcuts". Then look at the top of the Navigation Pane. You'll see the work "Shortcuts" at the top, probably with "Outlook Today" and "Microsoft Office Online" just below it. Drag the "My Documents" folder on your Desktop to that top word "Shortcuts". -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
